Hello, I’m Al Kassam, a multifaceted professional with a strong commitment to holistic health and wellness. With qualifications as a Registered Psychologist, Registered Nurse, certified Health Coach, and personal trainer, I bring a diverse skill set to my mission of helping clients achieve their best selves.
At 58 years of age, I continue to deepen my understanding of the profound impact of nutrition on overall well-being. My enduring passion lies in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.
My journey into this field was ignited by my own personal battle with emotional challenges during my formative years. In my teens and twenties, I grappled with intense anxiety and distress, leading me to harbor a negative self-perception. Eventually, I triumphed over this debilitating anxiety, experiencing a newfound sense of liberation.
This personal transformation fueled my desire to explore effective methods for alleviating needless emotional suffering in others. Over the years, I have diligently pursued evidence-based education and gained valuable experience. My unwavering enthusiasm drives me to assist individuals who are genuinely committed to change.
My professional background includes working with individuals facing a spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger management, addiction, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenges in initiating or sustaining healthy behaviors. I am also well-versed in addressing relationship issues and more.
On a personal note, I share my life with two wonderful children and a playful Lab/Shepherd mix who adds a dose of mischievous fun to our days. I have a deep love for nature, an insatiable thirst for knowledge, and cherish the moments spent with my family.
